DestinMe Haritha Wellness is an AYUSH-certified naturopathy and Ayurveda retreat set on a quiet, tree-lined property in Sadashivpet, eighty kilometres west of Hyderabad. Founded by Mr. B. Ashok, driven by a heartfelt vision to make holistic health and wellbeing accessible to all through integrated natural healing traditions, the retreat is shaped around slow, clinical wellness rather than spa-style indulgence. With Dr. B. Masthan Yadav at the helm, bringing over twenty-five years of expertise in naturopathy and holistic pain management, the property is designed for guests who want time with a doctor, not a concierge. The grounds hold forty-six beds across four room categories, a full clinical wing for Panchakarma and naturopathy, an in-house organic farm that supplies the kitchen daily, a pool framed by sand and infinity walks, an open gym, an aqua-gym, and a meditation hall under mature trees. The kitchen serves Sattvik vegetarian meals plated by Prakriti — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha — under direction of the in-house vaidya. Haritha is not a hotel; it is a residential retreat. What's on the property The clinical wing offers the full traditional menu — Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kati Basti, Pinda Sweda, Netra Tarpana, Udwarthanam, and the complete Panchakarma sequence of Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. Naturopathy and hydrotherapy run alongside, including colon hydrotherapy, circular and spinal jets, hip bath, mud therapy, acupuncture, marma, physiotherapy and therapeutic yoga. Movement and recreational spaces include a yoga shala, meditation hall, swimming pool, aqua-gym, open gym, sand walk, infinity walk, salon and spa. The in-house organic farm is open to guests for slow walks, harvest sessions, and farm-to-table experiences with the chef. Stay options run across four categories. Shared spaces for community bonding are available in the dormitory format for cohort and group bookings. Visishta and Kuteera offer twinsharing rooms; Visishta and Kuteera are also available as single occupancy on request. Vipra suites are designed for couples and families and include in-room dining. Rooms are quiet, airconditioned, and equipped with the comforts of a modern stay. Food is Sattvik vegetarian, prepared in-house and plated by dosha, with daily kashayam and herbal tea.
